How often do students meet?
Sessions may be offered weekly or biweekly depending on goals.
Can this supplement school transition services?
Yes! Our coaching can complement school-based transition services by providing individualized practice and support.

Parents are encouraged to collaborate on goals while fostering increasing independence.

NeuroRoots Pathways is a neurodiversity-affirming transition program designed to help teens build the confidence, independence, and real-world skills needed for success after high school.
Through hands-on experiences, community engagement, executive functioning support, career exploration, and leadership opportunities, students develop the practical skills that prepare them for college, employment, and independent adult living.
This is not an academic program.
Students continue receiving their academic instruction through homeschooling, online learning, private school, public school, or another educational setting while participating in NeuroRoots Pathways as a supplemental life readiness program.
