What is NeuroRoots?

 NeuroRoots Education & Coaching is a learning community that provides educational support, life skills, executive function coaching, enrichment classes, and alternative learning opportunities for children and young adults ages 5–22. We serve homeschool, ESA, microschool, and alternative education families throughout the Chandler area. 

 We work with students ages 5–22, including learners who benefit from smaller groups, hands-on learning, executive function support, or individualized instruction. 

NeuroRoots Education and Coaching is a proud ESA vendor.  We also accept Private Pay.

 No. NeuroRoots Education & Coaching does not provide therapy, counseling, psychological services, or medical treatment.

Our services focus on education, coaching, and skill development. Through individualized coaching and hands-on learning, we help students build executive functioning, organization, self-advocacy, social communication, independent living, and academic success strategies.

While many of our students may also work with therapists or other specialists, our role is to complement those services by providing practical tools, structured support, and real-world opportunities to develop lifelong skills. When appropriate, we are happy to collaborate with families and other professionals to support each student's goals.

NeuroRoots does not accept insurance. Services are provided on a private-pay basis. This allows us to offer flexible, individualized support without the restrictions or limitations often required by insurance companies. Payment is due at the time services are provided.

NeuroRoots programs are open to all children, teens and adults. We specialize in creating supportive, sensory-considerate, relationship-based environments that are especially welcoming for neurodivergent students. 

 Absolutely! Many families combine programs.

 Transition Pathways is a life readiness program for teens and young adults ages 13–18 designed to prepare students for adulthood. Through practical instruction, real-world experiences, and hands-on career exploration, students develop the skills needed for greater independence, employment, post-secondary success, and everyday life. 

 Yes. Employment readiness is one of the core components of Transition Pathways. Students learn how to complete job applications, write resumes, prepare for interviews, develop workplace communication skills, understand employer expectations, and build the confidence needed to pursue future employment opportunities.
