At NeuroRoots, we are dedicated advocates, coaches, and partners for families navigating the special education journey. We believe every child deserves access to meaningful, individualized support that empowers them to grow, succeed, and thrive—both in school and beyond.
Founded by Amber Stock, M.Ed., NeuroRoots was created to bridge the gap between families and the often overwhelming special education system. With a deep understanding of educational processes, individualized education programs (IEPs), and executive functioning challenges, we guide families with clarity, compassion, and expertise.
We specialize in special education advocacy, executive function coaching, and transition planning. Whether supporting families in understanding their child’s rights, preparing for IEP meetings, or helping students build independence and life skills, our approach is rooted in collaboration, empowerment, and results.
At NeuroRoots, we don’t just support students, we support the entire family. We are committed to helping you feel confident, informed, and equipped every step of the way.

We don’t just attend meetings—we help families understand, prepare, and advocate with clarity.
From IEP support to navigating school decisions, we ensure you know your rights, your options, and how to speak up effectively for your child.

Struggles with organization, time management, and follow-through aren’t laziness—they’re skill gaps.
We teach students how to plan, prioritize, and manage their responsibilities so they can function independently—without constant reminders.

Whether your child is moving into middle school, high school, or adulthood, transitions require more than hope—they require a plan.
We help students build the real-world skills needed for independence, confidence, and long-term success beyond the classroom.
I’m a special education advocate and executive functioning specialist dedicated to helping families navigate the complexities of the school system with clarity and confidence.
With a background in special education, I’ve worked closely with students, families, and school teams, and I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming the process can feel when your child isn’t getting the support they need.
That’s why I created NeuroRoots.
Too often, families are left confused, unheard, or unsure of what to do next. IEPs are written, meetings happen, and yet… progress isn’t always there.
I built NeuroRoots to change that.
We focus on identifying the root cause of a child’s challenges—whether it’s executive functioning, gaps in support, or misaligned services, and turning that into a clear, actionable plan.
I believe advocacy should feel empowering—not intimidating.
My role is to help you:
Whether I’m sitting beside you in a meeting or preparing you behind the scenes, my goal is the same:
To make sure your child is supported, and that you feel confident every step of the way.
If you’ve ever felt like something isn’t quite right… you’re not wrong.
You know your child best.
I’m here to help you turn that instinct into a clear plan and meaningful progress.
