NeuroRoots provides individualized, employment-focused support for Arizona young adults ages 16–25 who are neurodivergent and/or have developmental disabilities or developmental delays.

Finding meaningful employment is about more than submitting an application.
It can involve developing independence, learning workplace expectations, discovering strengths and interests, gaining real-world experience, exploring careers, and receiving individualized support along the way.
NeuroRoots provides a flexible pathway that meets each participant where they are and supports them in identifying their strengths, developing practical skills, gaining authentic experience, exploring career possibilities, and pursuing their individual employment goals.
DEVELOP → PREPARE → EXPERIENCE → LAUNCH → EMPLOY
Your path. Your goals. Your pace.

Every participant comes to NeuroRoots with different strengths, interests, abilities, experiences, and goals. Our services are designed to meet each person where they are and provide the support and experiences that best fit their individual journey.
Participants may access one or more NeuroRoots services based on their needs and employment goals. Some may focus on building independence and workplace skills, while others may be ready to explore careers, gain community-based experience, or receive individualized job coaching.
That's okay. NeuroRoots can be part of the team.
We recognize that young adults and families may already receive support through DDD, Vocational Rehabilitation, school transition services, or other community programs.
These resources can play an important role in a young adult's journey toward independence and employment.
NeuroRoots adds another layer of support — focused specifically on building practical skills, gaining real-world experience, exploring employment opportunities, and preparing for meaningful work.
We believe young adults benefit when the people and programs supporting them work toward the same goal:

Adulting in Action helps Arizona young adults ages 16–25 develop the practical skills, confidence, and independence needed to navigate everyday life, work, and their community.
Participants build real-world skills through hands-on practice with daily responsibilities, organization, money management, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and community navigation.
