NeuroRoots Pathways is a neurodiversity-affirming transition program designed to help teens build the confidence, independence, and real-world skills needed for success after high school.
Through hands-on experiences, community engagement, executive functioning support, career exploration, and leadership opportunities, students develop the practical skills that prepare them for college, employment, and independent adult living.
This is not an academic program.
Students continue receiving their academic instruction through homeschooling, online learning, private school, public school, or another educational setting while participating in NeuroRoots Pathways as a supplemental life readiness program.

At NeuroRoots Little Explorers, we believe children learn best when they feel safe, connected, valued, and inspired to explore the world around them.
Our Little Explorers Primary Learning Community serves children ages 5–8 in an intentionally small, mixed-age environment where relationships come first and every child is encouraged to learn at their own pace. By bringing together learners of different ages, children have opportunities to collaborate, develop leadership skills, build friendships, and grow within a supportive community.
Our program blends strong academic foundations with play-based learning, project-based exploration, social-emotional development, executive functioning skills, creativity, and meaningful real-world experiences. Through individualized instruction and hands-on learning, students develop confidence, curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
We recognize that every child develops at their own pace and brings unique strengths, interests, and learning styles to the classroom. Rather than focusing solely on grade-level expectations, we nurture the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and personally.
Our mixed-age learning community encourages collaboration instead of competition, allowing children to learn from one another while receiving individualized instruction that meets them where they are. We believe that confidence, curiosity, creativity, and strong relationships are the roots of lifelong success.
Our goal is to help children develop a love of learning, confidence in themselves, and the skills needed to thrive both in school and in life.
Little Explorers is designed for children ages 5–8 who would benefit from:

At NeuroRoots, we are building more than a learning program—we are creating a community where children are known, supported, challenged, and celebrated for who they are.
Together, we cultivate strong academic foundations, meaningful relationships, and confident learners who are prepared to grow, lead, and thrive for years to come.

Students are supported in developing stronger communication and self-advocacy skills through natural peer interactions and guided group activities.
Our groups provide a supportive environment where students can build emotional awareness, flexibility, and coping skills in real-life situations.
Students are given opportunities to build authentic friendships and meaningful peer connections in a low-pressure environment.
Many activities are intentionally designed to strengthen organization, independence, and problem-solving skills.
Our groups help students build confidence and practical skills that extend beyond the group setting into everyday life.
We strive to create an environment where students feel safe, supported, accepted, and encouraged to be themselves.
